What a year worth for :)

The proudest and happiest moment of (oh i just passed my 2 years!) working! :) :) :)

It’s always been my personal goal from the very beginning to change the negative sentiment from this airline’s past into the positive ones.

And now receiving this kind of compliment from an airline that I ADORE SO MUCH for its emotional approach towards the consumer, well.. it made my year :) :) :)

Now, let’s work harder! Let’s kick that red airline’s ass! lol :p
